  • Can I get emails at my company name?

  • I want to be able to update my own site

There are two types of Websites, static and dynamic. To update a static site you must have some basic html knowledge. If you are not
technicaly minded and you want to update your site yourself the best bet is getting yourself a dynamic or content managed site. No technical  knowledge is required to update a CMS site. If you can use Microsoft word then you will be able to edit your site at will.

  • How much will it cost to update my site

For a static site there is an optional monthly maintenance charge of NGN 10,000. With this the staff at PrestosolNigeria will make all changes for you as quickly as possible. All you need to do is to drop us an email and all will be taken care of. Ofcourse you can choose not to pay the monthly charge and update the site yourself but again do this only if you are confident in your html and css skills. A fee will be charged to get one of our technicians to fix any mistakes. For a dynamic site anybody should be able to update their site as there is no technical knowlege required

  • What is a domain name?

Quite simply a domain name is the last part of your email address. For example if you own This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.   • I've already got a domain name, how can I get a website?

Contact your domain name host and ask if you have webspace. If affirmative; ask for the FTP (File Transfer Protocol) details and get in touch with us. We'll do the rest. If you want to transfer the domain name to us just get intouch for further instructions

  • I like the idea of updating my site myself, how do I know if I really need a CMS though?
Are you going to be updating your website multiple times in a month? If so then it's probably a good idea to get a CMS. Some examples of Customers that will probably be better off with a CMS or dynamic site are news sites, entertainment sites and generally all sites that requires frequent update.
